1. Authenticity Guarantee
All fragrances and decants sold by TRYSCENTIC are 100% authentic and sourced from original retail bottles.
If you believe there is an authenticity issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with clear photos and order details for review.
2. Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and product safety reasons, returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
Wrong item received
Damaged product upon arrival
Verified leakage or packaging defect
Confirmed authenticity concern after review
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Personal scent preference
Change of mind
Used or heavily sprayed decants
Minor packaging differences from original retail bottles
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
The item must remain in its original condition
The product must not be excessively used
Request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
Proof of issue must be provided through photos or videos
TRYSCENTIC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by TRYSCENTIC

6. Shipping Damage
If your package arrives damaged:
Contact us immediately after delivery
Include clear images of the packaging and product
Do not dispose of the original packaging until the case is reviewed
