TERMS & CONDITIONS Welcome to TRYSCENTIC. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 1. GENERAL TRYSCENTIC is an independent fragrance retailer specializing in authentic niche and designer fragrances, including premium TS atomizers and selected full bottles. 2. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY All fragrances offered by TRYSCENTIC are sourced from authentic original products. Brand names, trademarks, and product references belong to their respective owners and are used strictly for identification purposes only. 3. TS ATOMIZERS & DECANTS TRYSCENTIC offers professionally hand-filled premium travel atomizers designed for fragrance discovery, portability, and personal use. Minor variations in fill level or packaging presentation may occur as part of the professional hand-filling process. 4. ORDERS & PAYMENT Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification. TRYSCENTIC reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or policy violations. 5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY Delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier service, operational conditions, or external delays. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details. TRYSCENTIC is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect customer information or courier-related circumstances beyond our control. 6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are generally considered final. However, returns or exchanges may only be accepted in cases involving verified authenticity concerns, damaged products upon delivery, or confirmed manufacturing/operational defects. Customers must contact TRYSCENTIC within 24–48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear evidence, including photos or videos, for review before any resolution is approved. Products that have been heavily used, intentionally damaged, improperly handled, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange. For TS Decants, customers are advised to properly clean and maintain the atomizer mechanism, as external residue buildup from fragrance oils may affect spray smoothness over time. TRYSCENTIC reserves the right to inspect and evaluate each case individually before approving any refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit. 7. ATOMIZER USAGE Customers are responsible for proper handling and storage of TS atomizers. TRYSCENTIC is not responsible for misuse, accidental damage, improper cleaning methods, or operational issues resulting from external contamination after delivery. 8. PRICING & AVAILABILITY Prices, product availability, collections, and promotions may change without prior notice. 9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All TRYSCENTIC branding, content, visuals, designs, logos, and creative materials are the intellectual property of TRYSCENTIC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission. 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TRYSCENTIC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products, allergic reactions, shipping delays, courier issues, or misuse after delivery. 11. PRIVACY Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is used solely for operational, transactional, and customer service purposes. 12.
